Picture a serene fishing village in Mexico, nestled among picturesque bays where whales come in the winter months to birth their young.  The fishermen bring their “pongas” in after a day on the water, and separate their catch.  The local Church bell rings to call the inhabitants to worship after a fulfilling day of providing for their families

Our  fishermen use only natural methods and bait, indigenous to the bays.  They police themselves and return back female crabs to procreate the species for years to come.   They truly care about their environment and livelihood.

This is precisely where we chose to house our business.  What better setting can there be? 

The crabs here, (Callinectus Bellicosis), are close cousins to the blue crabs of the States, (Callinectus Sapidus), with one exception, their size.  These boys are larger than their cousins.  This is Real Blue Crab.
