
Here is a description of our meat:
1. Jumbo Lump – the largest of the meat coming from the back cavity of the crab. Only Jumbo Lump meat goes into our Jumbo Lump cup. It’s our Gold Label.
2. Lump – meat coming from the back cavity of the crab. It’s very nice in size.
3. Special – this special is the meat that comes from the smaller cavity of the crab. It is the more economical meat.
4. Claw – the dark meat which comes from the arm on the crab.
5. Fingers - this comes from the extremity of the crab’s claw, the pincher. Our signature product, we remove all the excess bone, leaving you with only exposed meat.
Try our meat and you will agree that this is the biggest, most flavorful meat you have ever eaten.
Products
Our full line of crabmeat is processed under the strictest of standards – brought from the beaches daily to insure quality crabs, steamed with rigid temperature controls for precise cooking, picked and processed in sanitary conditions, cupped and sealed to retain the utmost of freshness. We do not add anything else – ALL NATURAL / NO PRESERVATIVES! (ABSOLUTELY NO SAPP!)
We then take our product to the airport and flown to markets within hours. All these things insure that you receive product fresh and tasty. We give you “packed on” and “sell by” dates so you know it’s fresh.
We voluntarily provide sampling of our product for independent Laboratory and FDA analysis, to assure the very best, all under HACCP control.
